Plot Pricing
The land price under this scheme is fixed at ₹36,260 per square meter. An initial registration amount must be deposited:
- ₹5.87 lakh for 162 sqm
- ₹7.25 lakh for 200 sqm
- Up to ₹10.51 lakh for 290 sqm
If the plot is park-facing, on a corner, or located on a wide road, an additional 5% charge will apply.

- Application form fee is ₹600
- Allotment will be done through a lottery system (draw), scheduled for June 18, 2026
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant must be at least 18 years old
- One person can apply for only one plot
- Those who have already been allotted a plot in any previous YEIDA scheme are not eligible
- Joint applications are allowed only among family members
Payment and Lease Terms
- 10% of the total plot cost must be deposited at the time of application
- If allotted, the remaining amount must be paid within 60 days
- Plots will be allotted on a 90-year lease
- 17.5% of plots are reserved for farmers and 5% for businessmen
- The project has been approved by the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UPRERA)
