This project is NeoLiv’s third venture, following a successful plotted development in Kundli-Sonipat, Haryana, and a luxury housing project in Alibaug. The Khopoli project is strategically located, being an hour’s drive from the Neoliv Plots Khopoli Mumbai upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport and the Mumbai Trans Harbour Link (Atal Setu), and in close proximity to the Imagicaa Theme Park .

The development is planned to feature a gross saleable area of 0.36 million sq ft and will offer a mix of premium residential plots and villas, alongside amenities such as an internationally designed clubhouse. Mohit Malhotra, founder and CEO of NeoLiv, emphasized that this acquisition marks a significant milestone for the company, aiming to deliver exceptional living experiences in a highly sought-after micro-market.

The Panvel-Khalapur-Khopoli belt, where the project is situated, has emerged as a rapidly developing area within the Neoliv Plots Khopoli  Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) due to significant infrastructure and economic growth, including its connectivity to major highways like Mumbai-Pune and Mumbai-Goa. This region has seen increased interest from developers for plotted and villa projects, catering to the growing demand for second homes and, increasingly, primary residences, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic. NeoLiv’s projects are backed by a SEBI-regulated Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) with commitments from ultra-high-net-worth investors, ensuring financial discipline and timely project execution.
